Information Disclosure

Device Permissions We Obtain
During the specific provision of services, we need to call some of your device permissions. The specific permissions are as follows:
a) Microphone permission: Check the noise in the surrounding environment; conduct audio and video calls during real-time remote fitting;
b) Location information permission or nearby device permission: Pair hearing aid devices via Bluetooth;
c) File and media permissions: Save Bluetooth upgrade files and App upgrade files for updates to the device;
In addition, after the App is installed, we will obtain the following permissions:
a) Access Bluetooth settings
Allow the application to configure local Bluetooth phones and allow them to find and pair with remote devices.
b) Full network access
Allow the application to upload your hearing data to the server and perform remote fitting, etc.
c) View network connections
Allow the application to view information about network connections, such as existing and connected networks.
To provide you with a better user experience, the additional functions we provide may require you to enable system permissions to collect and use your personal information. If you do not agree, you can still enter the application to view the connection interface and help interface, and obtain information such as version, agreement, and policy, failure help, etc., but you may not be able to obtain the added value experience brought by additional services.
Protection of Minors' Personal Information
We assume you have the corresponding civil capacity. If you are a minor, we require you and your parents or other guardians to read this privacy policy carefully and use our services or provide us with information with the consent of your parents or other guardians.
If you are a child under the age of 14 or you, as a guardian, choose to use necessary related services for the child under guardianship, we may need to collect the child's personal information from you. 4.信息披露

允许该应用将您的听力数据上传服务器以及远程验配等。

允许该应用查看网络连接的相关信息，例如存在和连接的网络。
为了给您带来更好的用户体验，我们在向您提供的附加功能可能需您通过开启系统权限的方式以收集和使用您的个人信息。如您不同意，您仍可进入应用查看连接界面和帮助界面，并获取版本、协议与政策、失败帮助等信息，但您可能无法获得附加服务给您带来的增值体验。
8.未成年人的个人信息保护
我们推定您具有相应的民事行为能力。如您为未成年人，我们要求您和您的父母或其他监护人共同仔细阅读本隐私政策，并在征得您的父母或其他监护人同意的前提下使用我们的服务或向我们提供信息。

康都电子尊重并保护所有使用服务用户的个人隐私权。为了给您提供更准确、更优质的服务，本软件会按照本隐私权政策的规定使用和披露您的个人信息，但本软件将以高度的勤勉、审慎义务对待这些信息。除本隐私权政策另有规定外，在未征得您事先许可的情况下，本软件不会将这些信息对外披露或向第三方提供。如果我们将您的个人信息用于本政策未载明的其它用途，或将基于特定目的收集而来的信息用于其他目的，我们将通过更新本政策、弹窗、页面提示等合理的方式向您告知，并在使用前再次征得您的同意。本软件会不时更新本隐私权政策。本隐私权政策属于本软件服务使用协议不可分割的一部分。

1.适用范围及信息的收集
a)本隐私政策适用于康都电子提供的各种商品或服务，如我们关联公司的商品或服务中使用了必要提供的商品或服务但未设置独立隐私政策的，则本隐私政策同样适用于该部分商品或服务。除本政策说明的相关信息收集使用活动外，本政策不适用于其他第三方平台向您提供的其他服务，其他服务适用其向您另行说明的隐私政策等个人信息收集使用规则。
2.信息的使用
a)在获得您的数据之后，本软件会在app内部生成您的听力数据，以便您能够更好地使用服务。
3.涉及第三方SDK传输个人信息的情形
为保障相关功能的实现和应用的安全稳定运行，我们可能会向合作伙伴等第三方共享您的部分个人信息。但我们仅出于合法、正当、必要、特定、明确的目的，并且只会共享提供服务所必要的个人信息。我们会对第三方SDK进行严格的安全检测，并要求合作伙伴采取严格的措施来保护你的个人数据。我们的合作伙伴无权将共享的个人信息用于任何其他用途，目前我们的合作伙伴类型及收集的信息、使用目的如下（我们可能会调整我们接入的第三方SDK，并及时在本政策中向你公开说明接入第三方SDK的最新情况）：

4.信息披露
a)本软件不会将您的信息披露给不受信任的第三方。
b)根据法律的有关规定，或者行政或司法机构的要求，向第三方或者行政、司法机构披露；
c)如您出现违反中国有关法律、法规或者相关规则的情况，需要向第三方披露；
5.信息存储、交换及撤回
a) 您的个人信息将存储于app内，不会上传至服务器。
6.信息安全
a)我们非常重视个人信息安全，并采取一切合理可行的措施，保护您的个人信息：
①数据安全技术措施。我们已采取符合业界标准、合理可行的安全防护措施保护您的信息，以防止个人信息遭到未经授权的访问、使用、篡改、公开披露、损坏或丢失。
②为保护个人信息采取的其他安全措施。我们建立了以数据为核心，以整个数据生命周期为管理目标的数据安全管理体系，从组织建设、制度设计、人员管理、商品技术等方面多维度提升个人信息的安全性。我们已经设置了个人信息保护专职部门，并指定了专人负责儿童个人信息保护。我们通过信息接触者保密协议、监控和审计机制来对数据进行全面安全控制。我们会举办安全和隐私保护培训课程，以加强员工对于保护个人信息重要性的认识。
③安全事件处置。如果我们的物理、技术或管理防护设施遭到破坏，导致信息被非授权访问、公开披露、篡改或毁坏，导致您的合法权益受损的，我们会及时启动应急预案，采取合理救济措施，以尽可能降低对您个人信息和其他权益的影响。同时，我们还将按照法律法规的要求，及时向您及监管部门告知个人信息安全事件的处置情况：安全事件的基本情况和可能的影响、我们已采取或将要采取的处置措施、您可自主防范和降低风险的建议、您的补救措施等。我们会及时将事件相关情况以邮件、信函、电话、推送通知等方式告知您，难以逐一告知个人信息主体时，我们会采取合理、有效的方式发布公告。
b)请您妥善保护自己的个人信息，仅在必要的情形下向他人提供。如您发现自己的个人信息泄密，请您立即联络本软件客服，以便本软件采取相应措施。
7.我们获取的设备权限
在具体提供服务的过程中我们需要调用您的一些设备权限，具体权限如下。
a)麦克风权限：检查周边环境的噪音；实时远程验配过程中进行音视频通话；
b)位置信息权限或附近的设备权限：进行助听器设备蓝牙配对；
c)文件和媒体权限：将用于更新的蓝牙升级文件以及App升级文件等保存到设备中；
除此之外，在App安装后，我们将获取以下权限。
a)访问蓝牙设置
允许应用配置本地蓝牙手机，并允许其查找远程设备且与之配对。
b)拥有完全的网络访问权限
允许该应用将您的听力数据上传服务器以及远程验配等。
c)查看网络连接
允许该应用查看网络连接的相关信息，例如存在和连接的网络。
为了给您带来更好的用户体验，我们在向您提供的附加功能可能需您通过开启系统权限的方式以收集和使用您的个人信息。如您不同意，您仍可进入应用查看连接界面和帮助界面，并获取版本、协议与政策、失败帮助等信息，但您可能无法获得附加服务给您带来的增值体验。
8.未成年人的个人信息保护
我们推定您具有相应的民事行为能力。如您为未成年人，我们要求您和您的父母或其他监护人共同仔细阅读本隐私政策，并在征得您的父母或其他监护人同意的前提下使用我们的服务或向我们提供信息。
若您是未满14周岁的儿童或您作为监护人为被监护的儿童选择使用必要相关服务时，我们可能需要向您收集儿童个人信息，请您注意，绝大多数情况下我们不会主动收集使用儿童个人信息（除非我们事先向您单独说明收集使用儿童个人信息的目的、方式和个人信息种类等，并征得您的单独同意），因此绝大多数情况下我们不会判断也无法识别我们收集和处理的个人信息是否属于儿童个人信息，在此情况下，我们将按照本隐私政策收集和处理用户的个人信息。例如，您在使用我们的商品或服务中主动向我们提供您孩子的个人信息，包括您在评论、社区及其他信息发布功能中主动分享的您孩子的照片、视频或其他信息，表示您已经同意我们收集和按照本政策的内容使用您孩子的个人信息。

a)app不收集用户信息，在登录时用户填写的信息为1次性的。

a)为给您提供更好的服务以及随着业务的发展，本政策也会随之更新。但未经您明确同意，我们不会削减您依据本政策所应享有的权利。我们会在“hearing helper”App上发出更新版本并在生效前通过公告或以其他适当方式提醒您相关内容的更新，也请您及时访问以便了解最新的隐私政策。
b)对于重大变更，我们还会提供更为显著的方式通知（包括我们会通过公示的方式进行通知或向您提供弹窗提示）。
c)本隐私政策所指的重大变更包括但不限于：
（1）我们的服务模式发生重大变化（例如处理个人信息的目的、处理的个人信息类型、个人信息的使用方式等）；
（2）我们在所有权结构、组织架构等方面发生重大变化（例如业务调整、破产并购等引起的所有者变更等）；
（3）个人信息共享、转让或公开披露的主要对象发生变化；
（4）您参与个人信息处理方面的权利及其行使方式发生重大变化；
