Shipping & Address Requirements

Please provide complete, accurate recipient information at checkout, including: Full name, valid phone number, country, state/province, city, street address, house number and postal/zip code.

Your full address must be searchable on Google Maps or international logistics system. Incomplete address, missing house number, incorrect postal code will cause the shipment unable to be carried by courier.

For certain countries, recipient tax ID is mandatory for customs clearance. If our store does not collect duty during checkout, the recipient is responsible for paying local taxes, and tax ID will be required for customs release.

If delivery fails due to:

• Incorrect / incomplete address
• Recipient unavailable, unreachable phone number The recipient needs to contact local courier service by themselves for redelivery. Additional redelivery fee may apply.
